Kelli Tranter
Kelli Tranter is a proud Pitjantjatjarra / Yankunytjatjarra woman with family connections to the Warlpiri and Alyawarr Nations, and a direct descendant of the Stolen Generations.
Based in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), Kelli is a Casual Lecturer with Flinders University, delivering the Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Program and Introduction to Central Australian Culture and Languages at the Centre for Remote Health, and also teaching in Adelaide on Improving Care for Aboriginal Patients and Their Families – Working the Right Way. She is also a Consultant with Her Story, co-facilitating workshops that centre Aboriginal voices, culture, and community empowerment.
Kelli has over 20 years’ experience in health, child protection and community services, holding leadership roles across Central Australia and Melbourne, including with Alice Springs Hospital, Ampilatwatja Health Service, the NT Government, Tangentyere Council, and VACCA.
She continues to contribute to community through her involvement with the Mparntwe NAIDOC Committee, the Indigenous Netball Carnival Subcommittee, and several Research Working Groups.
Kenny Glynn-Braun
Kenny Glynn-Braun is an Arrernte, Kaytetye and Anmatyerr man, born and raised in Mparntwe (Alice Springs).
Kenny has spent the last decade working in education, where he has been deeply committed to mentoring and guiding young people. His work has focused on creating safe and supportive spaces for youth to grow, learn, and strengthen their identity, drawing on culture and community as foundations for resilience.
In 2025, Kenny joined Her Story as a consultant and workshop facilitator. In this role, he co-delivers workshops that centre Aboriginal voices, culture, and community empowerment. Kenny brings a wealth of lived knowledge, alongside his experience in education, to ensure that the workshops are not only engaging but also grounded in cultural strength and local perspectives.
Music is another key part of Kenny’s journey and leadership. He brings a creative and unique lens to his work, using music as a tool to connect, share stories, and amplify community voices. This blend of education, cultural knowledge, and creativity shapes Kenny’s contribution to Her Story and his broader commitment to uplifting the next generation.
Scarlett Musu
Scarlett Musu is a White woman who immigrated to Australia from England at age two. She grew up between Gandangarra and Dharawal Country, and Kuring-gai Country, before moving to Naarm (Melbourne) after finishing her bachelor’s degree in design.
Scarlett now lives and works on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, where she runs her business offering design and strategy services to people and organisations who care about equality and inclusion.
She believes that design is a tool for change, and her career has been dedicated to using design to influence and advance social and environmental issues. She takes an intersectional feminist approach to her work and has spent almost ten years working to advance gender equality through impactful design and communications.
Scarlett worked closely with Chay and Kay to develop Her Story’s brand identity and website, using illustration and bright, bold colours to bring their vision to life.
She now works with Her Story across many of their projects, doing all things creative from print and web design, to illustration, campaign design, content creation, and copywriting.
